  • The 1st section of the form needs to fill the account details of the user which includes the Bank account number, bank name and the branch of the bank.
  • The 2nd section of the form needs to fill the personal details. The 1st thing that is to be filled in this section is the name and the date of the birth. The form also needs the age and mobile number of the consumer. The Aadhar id and the email id are also required. The form also needs details of the enroller being married or not. If yes then the name of the spouse and aadhar detail of the spouse is necessary. The enroller can also need to fill the nominee of the account. The form needs to fill whether the user is under any social security scheme and also a tax payer or not.
  • The 3rd section of the form needs to fill in the amount of pension the user is interested in. under this section one needs to select from the 5 different amount which is 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000 and 5000.
