Tripura is a of the small northeastern states of the Indian Republic. The state of Tripura just like the other northeastern states is ,completely nestled in the arms of small hills, making the state one of the beautiful states of the region. The state has the city of Agartala as its capital city. Tripura covers a land area of approximately 10,491 sq km with a population of about 3,671,032 individuals. The state of Tripura is one of the very small states of India and has a majority of its land under the forests, which in turn forms the major product of export of the state.
