JEE Main is a national level examination for those students willing to take up engineering after their class 12 examination. The application form for JEE Main 2016 is already out online from December 1 and the last date of filling the application form is 31st December 2015. In case, there is any problem regarding your application form, you have a correction window till the second quarter of January 2016. The JEE Main 2016 admit card would be sent only to those people who successfully submit the online application form.
The 2016 JEE Main admit card must be carried to the examination hall by the student and without the admit card, you will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
Below are the steps that will help you to get your admit card-
- Go to official website of JEE Main
- Enter personal details like DOB, application number etc.
- Verify the details entered as any discrepancy here would hinder your access to the examination. You should check all the major parameters like spelling of names, exam center, signature, registration number etc.
- If everything is okay, click on submit button.
- Download your JEE Main 2016 admit card.
The students should save the admit card is a secured location. You have to take a print out of the admit card and carry it in your examination hall. However, do not delete the saved file in your computer as it would be handy in case, you misplace the printed format by mistake- before your examination.
Date of admit card for JEE Main 2016
It’s to notify here that the exact date of release of admit card has not been announced yet. The date of first exam of JEE Main 2016 is April 3. So, keeping that in mind, it can be speculated that the admit card JEE Main 2016 would be published on 1st-2nd week of March 2016.
