Being a candidate applying for the KIITEE 2020, you should have a little information about the procedure followed in the counselling sessions. Only the candidates who have achieved the cut off rank as per the ranking system of the KIITEE exam will be allowed to appear for the KIITEE 2020 Counselling Procedure. The allocation of seats after the counselling procedure will be purely based on merit. Here merit will be decided by how the candidate fares in the entrance examination.

About the KIITEE 2020 counselling:

The website of the university will publish the dates for the KIITEE counselling procedure on the date of declaration of results. Every candidate called for the counselling should appear on the given date and time. As soon as the seats that are reserved for the KIITEE 2020 are filled up, the counselling process will be stopped.

Verification of documents for KIITEE Counseling:

The candidates are requested to bring all the original documents as listed below for verification of age, qualification, etc.:

  • Admit card
  • Rank Card
  • 10th Pass Certificate
  •  Mark sheet of class 12 and Pass Certificate
  • Graduation Mark sheet and Pass Certificate (for candidates applying for post graduate courses)
  • Pass Certificate of diploma and Mark Sheet (for Candidates taking lateral entry)
  •  M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree Certificate, B.Tech.,  MCA, B.E. (For Candidates applying for M.Tech./LLM/Ph.D) 
  • Documents proving the Reservation Criteria quota applied by the candidate.
  • GATE Score Card (for candidates who have qualified M.Tech. GATE )
  • School/College Leaving Certificate
  • Certificate of Conduct
  •  A Demand Draft of Rs.75,000 that will include registration fees of Rs.10,000 (Non Refundable) for KIIT 2020 counselling procedure. This is payable at Bhubaneswar office. The remaining amount of fees is to be paid on the date the candidate reports to the university.

Al the above documents are necessary to verify the candidates according to their age, identification, qualification details provided by them at the time of applying to appear for the examination.
