KIITEE 2020 Eligibility Criteria

If you are applying for the KIITEE exam, you must know that there is a definite eligibility criterion for every course offered by the university. The eligibility of KIITEE 2020 can be departmentalised according to the courses offered. Here is a list for you.

Undergraduate course:

B.Tech. (4years) or B.Tech & M.Tech (Dual Degree 5years) or B.Tech & MBA(Dual Degree 6years) Course

  • The candidate should have been born on or after 1st July 1995.
  • The candidate must have passed their 10+2 examination in 2019 or 2020. Even the candidates who have appeared in the 10+2 examinations in 2020 are eligible.
  • The student should have been a part of a regular course in their 10+2.
  • Candidate must have at least 60% in Physics, chemistry and Maths or Biotechnology or biology all taken together.

B.Tech. LE (3 years)

  • The candidate should have 60% marks in the State council of Technical examination of their respective state.
  • The candidate should have been born on or after 1st July 1995.

MBBS/BDS

  • For general candidates: minimum 50% marks in Physics, chemistry and biology taken together
  • For SC & ST: minimum40% marks in the above 3 subjects.

B.Sc. Nursing (4 years)

  • should have Physics, chemistry and biology as subjects in 10+2.
  • The minimum age is 17 and the maximum age is 35.

B.A. LL.B/B.Sc LL.B/ BBA LL.B

  • Should have at least 45% of marks in 10+2
  • Candidate should not have completed 21 year by 01.07.2020

BBA (3 years) and BCA (5yrs)

  • Candidate should have 50% marks in mathematics or business mathematics in 10+2
  • The candidate should also have been born on or after 01.07.1995

Bachelor of Design (Fashion/Textile) (4 years) and Bachelor of Film &Television Production (3years)and Integrated Master of Mass Communication (5 years)

  • Candidate should have passes 10+2 with 50% marks in any stream
  • They should also be born on or after 01.07.1995

Any candidate who qualified for the IB Diploma from International Baccalaureate Organization, Geneva, Switzerland are also eligible to get admission in every course that has 10+2 as qualification.

Post Graduate Courses

  1. MCA/MCA (L.E): the candidate has to be a graduate with 50% marks in average and born on or after 1st July 1995.
  2. M.Tech: the M.Tech has a lot of variations under the university and so the eligibility criteria re according to course needs.
  3. M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Applied Microbiology): candidate needs to have a bachelor’s degree in any science subject.
  4. M.Sc. Nursing (2Years): candidate has to be a registered midwife or nurse under any state nursing council.
