Dhanteras marks the beginning of the five day Diwali Festival. And since most of the shopping is done on this occasion, people tend to celebrate this day more. Celebrations over the years have transformed to a higher level, thanks to the commercialization of everything. Since Diwali main festival is just two days after it, most of the times needed for the Diwali are bought on this day only. For children this is fun time as they don’t have to study in these days and tends to get lot of gifts from their relatives. And since climate conditions are preferable during this period, people tend to book packages.
