Application form available online only
The UPCPMT 2020 application form is available online only from this year. The form would be available from April 18, 2020 and the last date of form submission online is May 20, 2020 . The application procedure ends by 5:00 p.m. on May 20.
Application form fees
The UPCPMT 2020 Application form fee is 1250 INR for the general and OBC applicants. On the other hand, it is 650 INR for the ST & SC candidates. A counseling fee worth 50 INR has to be paid by all candidates.
Filling up the online form
- You will get online 2020 UPCPMT application form the official UPCPMT website
- You have to fill the Challan attached with application form & take a print out of it.
- Deposit your application charge in any of the Allahabad or Axis bank branches in the state.
- You can only fill up the form 2 days after the deposition of the challan.
- The registration number offered in fee slip should be mentioned in your online form.
- Payment can be made through online mode as well- via credit or debit card.
- Print out the form for further reference.
