- 24 September is the last day when a candidate can apply for GATE Entrance Exam.
- 21st November is the last day when the choice of city of examination can be filled by the candidate
- 17th December is the date when the admit cards are released on the regional websites for the students to download.
- 5th February 2022 is the day when the first phase of exam will take place
- 6th February 2022 is the day when the second phase of exam will take place
- 12th February 2022 is the day when the third phase of exam will take place
- 13th February 2022 is the day when the fourth phase will take place
- 17th March 2022 the results for the GATE exam will be declared online.
GATE Eligibility Criteria
If you are seeking a chance to appear for the GATE 2022 then you must be eligible to sit for the exam. The eligibility for the course is simple as you should have completed your graduation course in engineering or science by 2022. The list of all the qualifying degree is given below. A student with B.E\ B. Tech\ B.Arch\ B.Pharm\ B.Sc.\ MSc\ MS\ MCA or equivalent courses is eligible for appearing in the test. If you have already completed the degree then a completion certificate or a provisional certificate will be required to be submitted. If you are in the final year and will be completing the course in the year 2022 then a letter from the principal will be required. This letter shall be uploaded at the time of online application of the GATE form.

Candidates must download the card and take a print out of it. it is this print out that will be their admit card. This card will be valid only with a valid photo ID card. Any government recognised ID card is a must if you are looking to enter in the GATE examination hall. Without an ID card the GATE authorities have the right to stop you from entering the hall. The admit cards will be available for download in the zonal websites of GATE.
