The Tripura joint entrance examination are held every year to help the eligible candidates get admission into engineering degree colleges, medical colleges and many other such professional courses in Tripura. If you are a candidate who is aspiring to become a part of a profession in Tripura, you should take the TBJEE 2016. The main purpose of this examination was to become a common platform to take admission tests for the engineering colleges and also the medical colleges.

TBJEE 2016 Application Form

The application form for the examination are already available on the website of the board. You can download the application from the website and fill it up now as the last date of submitting the application form is 25th January 2016.

TBJEE 2016 Admit Card

Every candidate will receive the admit card in the address they provide along with the application form at the time of applying for the TBJEE 2016. Preserving the admit card is an absolute necessity as you will not be allowed inside the examination hall if you cannot present the original admit card. The roll number on the admit card is necessary to check your results too!

TBJEE 2016 Eligibility

If you are applying for the examination, you should know that you have to be a 10+2 pass candidate or you should be a candidate who is about to appear in the 10+2 examination this year. You have to be born on or after 01.10.1991 to be eligible for the exam. For the reserved categories, there is a relaxation up to 5years in the regard of age. Every candidate applying for the TBJEE exam 2016 should have had at least 5 subjects in their 10+2 examinations.

TBJEE examination

The entrance examination is to be held on 26th and 27th of April in 2016. The first day, there will be 2 papers: physics and chemistry and the second day, there will be the remaining 2 papers i.e. mathematics and biology.

TBJEE 2016 Sy​llabus

The syllabus for appearing in the exam is really simple. You have to be prepared in the subjects that you had when you were appearing for the board exam of 10+2.

  • For the candidates who are appearing in the engineering exam, they have to prepare for Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
  • The candidates applying for a place in medicine, they have to prepare themselves in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • The candidates who wish to appear in both the sets, they have to prepare themselves in all the four subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.

TBJEE 2016 Result

The results of the exam are supposed to be out by the 1st week of June in 2016. The candidates can check their result from the list updated by the board it its website. The candidates, who qualify in the exam and get a rank, will be called for the counselling sessions. The counselling sessions are to be held in the months of June or July, 2016.

The applicants should go through the details given in the respective heads like eligibility criteria, fee structure, syllabus, admit card details, counselling procedure details and other such important instructions before filling up the form for the TBJEE 2016. Every applicant who is eligible to sit for the examination will be allowed to appear for the examination.

During the filling up of the form, every candidate should indicate the choice of examination centre but the final selection of centre lies in the discretion of the Board. There will be no refund of the application fees once it has been submitted even if the application has been rejected or if the candidate does not appear in the exam. Any admit card if left incomplete will be automatically rejected.
