Common Management Admission Test, popularly known as CMAT is one the important national level entrance exam, performed by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). It is a platform for the students who are aiming for admission in top business schools. The exam has two rounds of tests. The first round is conducted in the month of September and second in the month of February. Moreover, there are five days of examination and two slots are booked on each day. Candidate can select the slot according to his convenience. There are many students who prefer to appear in both rounds of examination. It facilitates them with a greater opportunity. The best score amongst the two rounds is generally taken into consideration.
CMAT 2015 Important Dates And Notifications
Here are some important dates (tentative) for the students who are aiming to appear in CMAT 2015;
- Opening of the registration window: July 2015
- Last day for registration through internet: August-2015
- Half ticket print out: September 2015
- Test dates: September 2015
- Result declaration: October 2015
- Printing of Score card: October to November 2015
The application fee charged for CMAT 2015-2016 is Rs1400 (accompanied with back charges). In case if the candidate is SC/St/OBC or belongs to minority, he will be charged Rs700 (accompanied with the bank charges). You need to register yourself for the examination by following the registration process available on www.aicte-cmat.in. The registration window will be available from July up to August 2015. The students will be availed with the choice of three cities if they are heading for online examination. They can select the city according to their convenience. The candidates are availed with the option to pay fee via credit or debit card. Moreover they can also pay the fees using the facility of net banking.
