Manipur

Manipur is one of the many small states along the northeastern part of India. The state of Manipur is nestled along the eastern end of the Himalayas and is counted as one of the most beautiful states. The state of Manipur has the city of Imphal as its capital city. Considering the small size of the state and the rugged geographical location, the state of the Himalaya has a population of approximately about 2,570,390 individuals living in an area of 22,327 sq km. The state of Manipur has a mixed population of various tribes speaking different Tibetian and Burman Languages. The official language is Meeteilon.
