The Central University of Orissa which is situated at Koraput District of Odisha was founded by the Central Government of India in 2009. The university provided opportunities to the deserving candidates to get higher education under UG, PG, and Doctoral courses in various specializations. The university has more than 20 faculties and is recognized by the University Grant Commission. The campus area of the university is spread over 450 acres of land and the university is accredited by the NAAC.

• Integrated B.Sc + M.Sc in Mathematics subject for 5 years duration
• M.Sc in Applied Statistics and Informatics, Anthropology, Biodiversity, and Conservation of Natural Resources, Sociology, and Journalism and Mass Communication specializations
• MBA in General Management specialization
• MA in Economics, English, Journalism and Mass Communication, Sanskrit, Sociology, Odia, and Hindi specializations

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates seeking admission in UG courses need to have a valid score in the entrance exam conducted by the university 
• Admission in all PG courses are decided by a valid score in the CUCET and candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with 55% aggregate in the relevant specialization
• Admission in M.Phil/Ph.D is based on the marks obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the university and a personal interview
