Gondwana University is a state-owned university that was started by the Government of Maharashtra in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra in 2011. The university is approved & recognized by the University Grant Commission and one of the members of the Association of Indian Universities. The campus of the university is spread over 10 acres of land with all the basic facilities. It provides a wide range of UG, PG, Doctoral, Diploma, and Certificate level courses in various fields of education. The university contains four faculties i.e, Faculty of Science & Technology, Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Commerce & Management, and Faculty of Interdisciplinary.

- Full-Time B.Sc in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics subjects
- Full-Time Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, and Electronics Engineering specializations
- Full-Time BA in English, Hindi, and Fashion Design specializations
- Master of Science in Chemistry, Microbiology, and Physics specializations
- Master of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering, Heat Power Engineering, and Electronics & Communication Engineering specializations
- The other courses are BCA, BA LLB, M.Com, MA, MBA, M.Phil, and Ph.D
Eligibility Criteria
- Admission in UG courses is decided on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination
- Candidates seeking admission in UG courses must have passed 12th class from a recognized board
- Admission in MBA is granted on the basis of valid score in the MAH CET/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT
- Admission in M.Phil and Ph.D. is permitted on the basis of obtained marks in the UGC NET examination followed by the personal interview
- Admission in all other PG courses, Diploma, and Certificate courses are merit-based
