Sabbir Khan, famous for introducing new talents in Bollywood, is all set to present a fresh Jodi Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia in lead roles with his upcoming project “Nikamma”. The movie is a Hindi romantic comedy action flick and is scheduled to release on 5th June, 2020 under the banner of Sony Pictures and Shabbir Khan Films. Other than the newcomers, the film also casts the gorgeous and supremely talented Shilpa Shetty as a leading character.”Nikamma” can be considered as Shilpa Shetty’s comeback movie in Bollywood after a lull of 13 years.  Amongst others, the movie has Naren Kumar and Deepraj Rana. Another attraction or excitement of the movie would be the cameo appearance of the Baadshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan.

Talking further, Abhimanyu Dassani was previously seen in VasanBala’s “Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota” alongside Radhika Madan. The female lead, Shirley Setia, is the Indo-Kiwi singer and a social media sensation. The movie is going to be the debut film of Setia. Reportedly the director Shabbir Khan is extremely excited to introduce both the actors into the Bollywood industry as they reminds him of the zest that Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon had in their debut “Heropanti”. Both the actors have also stated that there cannot be anything better than this launch that they are getting while stepping into the Bollywood.

The main producer of the film is Sony Pictures along with Shabbir Khan Films as co –producer. A number of music composers have worked for the movie namely Tanishk Bagchi, Sajid – Wajid, Manj Musik as well as Meet Bros. Sandeep Shirodkar is behind the background score. Hari. K. Vedantam has done the cinematography of the movie. Manan Ajay Sagar has donned the role of an editor here. The principal photography of the film began in July 2019 while the” Dhadkan” girl Shilpa Shetty began filming from 20th August, 2019.
