GEEE is the acronym for Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination which is conducted every year by Galgotias University based in Greater Noida. The GEEE 2020 is dated for June 12 and the online registration process has already started. Undergraduate science from anywhere in India are allowed to apply for GEEE to seek admission in B. Tech, integrated B. Tech & M.B.A and integrated B. Tech & M. tech courses- as offered by the university.

However, before you apply, you should check out the GEEE 2020 eligibility criteria. The post here is all about the eligibility criteria for the applications as set by the University. These are:

  • The applicant has to pass 10+2 examination from any central of state board of education in science stream with 50% aggregate marks.
  • The compulsory subjects for applicants are Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
  • The students who are appearing in the final year of their 10+2 examination with the above mentioned compulsory subjects (PCM) are also eligible to apply for GEEE 2020.

If you do not match the 2020 GEEE eligibility criteria, your candidature would be nullified by the University.

Students who are eligible to apply in the GEEE exam, would have to register online from the official website of the University. The application form is online since December 15, 2019 and the last date of form submission is May 30, 2020 . So, you are getting a pretty long time to submit your GEEE application form in case you match the GEEE eligibility criteria. The application form will ask whether you are about to appear in the final year of XII examination or you have already passed it. You would have to provide your score details on the application form.

While filling the application form, you would have the option to choose your preferred program from the 3 different programs offered by the Galgotia University. You will be able to choose your preferred course from a wide range of disciplines such as –

  • Automobile Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Civil Engineering
  • Computer Science & Engineering
  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering

The GEEE 2020 examination would be of 90 minutes. It would be a pencil & paper based examination and will have 30 questions each from Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. The GEEE 2020 result would be declared on June 24 and the qualified candidates would be called for admission through counseling.
