Are you about to sit for UGC NET 2020? Well, here are some important instructions on UGC NET Exam for you.
- The UGC NET 2020 application can only be made online through https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in
- The application form requires scanned passport photograph in the JPEG format and it should be lesser to 300 kb.
- The fee payment has to be made with UGC NET site generated bank challan print out after filling up the application form. The payment must be made at SBI branches with cash. No other payment form would be entertained.
- The payment has to be made on next business day post the challan generation.
- Candidates will check the payment status from https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in two days post the fee payment.
- If the status comes “OK” the candidate will print out his/her application form, Attendance slip & Admit Card from UGC NET site on A-4 papers.
- The applicant would affix a latest identical photograph on printout of application form & Attendance Slip. Then he/she would sign across affixed photo & sign must spread over the Attendance Slip & Application form, beyond the image. It must be attested by candidate’s Head of University Department or Class 1 Gazetted Officer or College Principal.
- The applicant must attach the Bank Challan original copy with Application form printout, which would be submitted to Principal/Registrar of NTA NET opted Coordinating Institution.
- The ST, SC, PWD, OBC & other applicants looking for age relaxation must attach the relevant documents with the form.
- All the enclosures should be attested by Gazetted Officer.
- The applicant must bring along a photo ID card & online Admit card during examination.
