A Hindi Roamntic Movie, Dum Laga Ke Haisha is directed by Sharat Katariya. Music is given by Anu Malik and Production Company is Yash Raj Films. Movie Stars Ayushmann Khurana and Bhumi Pednekar. Aditya Chopra and Maneesh Sharma is the producer of this movie.

Story has been portrayed in the 1995, Prem Prakash Tiwari a.k.a Ayushmann Khurana, is the owner of Casette shop in holy city Haridwar. Prem wants to marry an educated and good looking girl. But his father has already a girl for her. Prem does not like the choice of his father as the girl is fat and does not have actress like looks. But everybody force him to marry her and eventually both get married. Sandhya a.k.a Bhumi Pednekar is his wife.

Although he is married to her, both have no wives between each about love. He feels shame in walking with her in the open market. Sometime the conversation between them turns in to a heated conversation.

But one day Prem takes her to his friend marriage. There Prem gets drunk and eventually spills out the truth about his relations with his wife and how he feels to live with her. But Sandhya listens to what Prem has said about her and in rage slaps him. In return Prem also slaps her.

This unwanted situation leads to an uneventful situation where Shandhya goes back to her parents house and blames Prem father for not educating his son about how to respect women and how he treats her. Story moves forwards and how they fell in love with each other shown in the whole play. And also other small small events that unfolds in the whole story are worth watching.

Movie was a commercial success and got good critics reviews. Movie earned an estimated amount of 300 million Indian Rupees.
