VITEEE prides itself in having a very transparent method in the process of admission.
The very first step towards admission would have to be successful counseling and the securement of a seat in the desired branch. The selected candidates would first have to submit a demand draft in favor of VIT University payable at Vellore for Rs. 50,000 upon the conformation of the seat. This will also include the counseling fees which is non-refundable.
During the time of counseling, there is a list of documents that are to be submitted for verification against the qualifications mentioned in the application form. These include;
Candidates will only be allowed to participate in the counseling after the successful verification of the documentation.
The balance fees shall be made in the form of a demand draft in favor of VIT University payable at Vellore that should be accompanied by a covering letter that should reach the Director- UG admissions within the specific date provided in the provisional admission letter.
Documents to be submitted during admission
- Qualification certificates.
- Transfer certificate/school leaving certificate.
- Migration certificate.
- Certificate of character/conduct certificate.
- Community/caste certificate.
- Nativity certificate.
- Photocopy of provisional admission letter
- Four passport size photographs.
- Affidavit to be signed by the Guardian, student as well as parents.
- Physical fitness certificate.
- Two sets of photocopies of all pertinent original documents.
Upon successful acceptance and verification of the same, the candidate would be liable to get admission to the chosen program under the VIT University.
